Rêves d'Orient
Design for the exhibition “Rêves d’Orient“ (eastern dreams) at the Château de La Motte Tilly. Art direction, graphics, tritone-printed materials and furniture making.
If the creative process for the poster and signage basically consists in cutting shapes and putting them next to each other, I used the same technique on wood later on, to create and make the furniture of the exhibition. Among them, was a big porcelain cabinet that was used in the Autumn Salon to display the collection of Chinese, Japanese and Korean vases, cups and pots.
